How to place a rural order:

Please follow these steps:

1. Print and fill out the order form.
   DO NOT fill in the credit card information.
   We cannot accept a credit card via electronic transmission. (PCI compliance)
2. Scan (or take a photo) of
   a. the order form
   b. your legal ID
   
3. Send the order to ruralorders@brownjugak.com
4. Include your phone number
   a. Once you’ve received a final quote, call the Rural Department to provide your credit card information.
   If you wish the staff to call you, please note it on your form.
